A screw conveyor is a system which uses a rotating helical screw flights, usually within a tube, to move granular / powder materials. They are used in many bulk handling industries. Screw conveyors are used horizontally or slight incline as an efficient way to move materials like grains, powder animal feed and similar type of materials. 

Screw conveyor consisting a “U” trough or “O” tube containing either a spiral blade fitted on shaft, driven by gearbox & motor. The rate of volume transfer is depend upon input material property & rotation speed of shaft. As per requirement, for controlling the speed system will be controlled by variable frequency drive.

Screw conveyors will be operated with the flow of material inclined upward. Screw conveyor is very easiest way of conveying / lift up the material.
