Ultra Dual mill having 2 rotors fitted with pins for high powder fineness. Specifically, it is used for coarse production.  Due to its wide chamber design as well as clockwise & anti-clockwise rotations of both rotors, grounded material pass out from rotor pins. It is used for sticky type materials too which is easily pass out from such screenless system. The mill door can be hinged opened wide for easy cleaning, which suits for frequently changeable product. 

Our Ultra Dual Mill with two driven pin rotors, rotates counter-rotating mode, much higher relative speeds are possible than with the mill with only one driven pin rotor. The highest relative speed develops at the outermost pin rows. 

The fineness can be adjusted by altering the pin rotor’s speeds. The centrifugal forces acting on rotor ensure that even moist, greasy, and sticky products can be processed. The design with the wide-chamber housing is ideal for processing these kinds of products.
