This system is essential to control product particles & control the pollution in the plant, clean the environment. Pulse jet dust collector is a self-cleaning dry filtration system by means of compressed Air. 

We are providing pulse jet dust collection system with our grinding plant, where as some of dust particles creates and don’t want to spread in open air.

System consists filter bags, cages fixed in the chamber. A common header & pulsing valves make clean the filter bags by compressed air time to time. A Rotary air lock valve fitted at the bottom cone of pulse jet dust collector, where the product will be output and collected in silo / drum. Pneumatically operated vibrator also shakes the bottom cone, so the product will be gone in the Rotary air lock valve.

Ducting line & suction blower are at the top side outlet of pulse jet dust collector. Blower exhaust only clean air in environment.  System operation is easy with minimum maintenance.
