UGM Mill is used for efficient grinding & classifying the dry material, UGM is an air classifying mill with integrated grinding, classifying, conveying, and collecting operations for achieving fine grinding depending upon the nature of the product.  UGM mill system is being capable of producing fine, medium, and coarse grinds for a various of materials for Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Mineral industries.

The UGM Mill system is performed between a peripheral grinding track and the rotating beater gear. Due to the integrated classifier wheel, grain sizes free of coarse particles can be achieved without the disadvantages of an external grinding and classifying circulation system. Internal classification of the coarse material results in a more stable and energy efficient process than a mill with an external classification circuit.

The basic design of UGM mill is the impact size reduction that is coupled with an internal dynamic classifier which controls the outlet (product) particle size via recirculating the coarse particles back into the grinding zone. The easy to open machine housing enables fast, complete cleaning of the machine when products are changed.
